Tranquility Room

Wouldn’t it be nice if we had meditation spaces in our offices?  Unless you work at home, that’s probably not possible. But everyone has space for one of these miniature meditation cushions.

Place it on your desk or somewhere nearby, and during the course of your busy day use it by simply looking at it and imagining yourself sitting on top of the cushion.

Breathe one deep breath in and then slowly breathe out to give yourself a gentle reminder that the core of your being is tranquil.
